Join the Business Leaders Wine Club for a special one-off culinary experience — where fine wine meets joyful Indian flavours in an evening of connection, creativity and community.

We are delighted to partner with Shivankit, founder and chef of Dilli-6, who will be our guest host and storyteller for the evening. Drawing on recipes passed down through generations and inspired by the bustling streets of Old Delhi, Shiv will guide us through a series of dishes that reflect both heritage and heart — all perfectly matched with a selection of wines curated by our very own Karl Elwood of Elwood Wine Selections.

Expect a welcome glass of sparkling wine, followed by four beautifully paired wines chosen to complement each dish on this carefully designed menu. You’ll enjoy not only an unforgettable meal, but also an interactive cookery demonstration and behind-the-scenes insights into Indian home-style cooking.

Menu Summary

We begin with Pani Puri, a punchy, vibrant street food classic that opens the palate with spice, tang, and crunch.
The main event features three dishes from different regions of India:

• Butter Chicken – rich, creamy, and deeply comforting

• Palak Paneer – fresh, earthy, and beautifully balanced

• Goan Fish Curry – bright, tangy, and coconut-infused
  All mains are served with fragrant basmati rice and fluffy naan, creating a complete and satisfying meal.

Each dish will be paired with a thoughtfully chosen wine, designed to enhance and contrast the unique flavour profile of each course.
