We are delighted to be returning to the fabulous Plotting Parlour, a hidden gem Tucked away on New Steine Street near Brighton Pier. Renowned for its expertly crafted cocktails and elegant atmosphere. Its private top floor offers a stylish, intimate space, making it the perfect location for meaningful conversations and connecting with like-minded people over some thought provoking wines.

You will begin the evening with a welcome glass of sparkling wine, setting the tone for the rest of the evening as we take you on a journey of discovery among some of Italy’s hidden gems.
