Sip and Connect : A Virtual Wine & Networking Experience
We’re thrilled to partner with ONLE Networking, the online networking community that connects the practical and personal sides of business, for an evening of wine and meaningful connections.
This exclusive online wine-tasting experience combines the richness of great wines with ONLE’s commitment to fostering authentic business relationships.
For this event, we are asking you this question : Are you following the crowd? Or going your own way?
With the long, hot summer we’ve had this year, the supermarkets have certainly been busy helping UK wine drinkers keep their fridges and wine racks well stocked. But what’s actually been hot this summer? Which wines and styles have we been buying, and what have been the biggest sellers?
For our next Sip & Connect, we’re going to find out — and, more importantly, see whether your own palate follows the trend.
We’ll be selecting wines that reflect some of this summer’s biggest sellers and emerging buying trends, but there’s a catch: everything will be tasted blind. No labels, no familiar brands and no prices to influence what you think.
Have you been following the crowd without even realising it? Perhaps one of the wines you’ve been buying all summer will appear in your glass. Or maybe your palate will take you in a completely different direction.
We’re also going to use this event to trial a little new technology. During the tasting, you’ll be able to use a simple event app to record your thoughts, score the wines, guess prices and see how your opinions compare with everyone else in the room. We’ll then reveal the wines and discover how our collective tastes compare with what the wider UK market has been buying this summer.
It’s a bit of an experiment for us too, so you’ll be amongst the first to try it.

🍷 5 Handpicked wine samples (100ml each) sent to your home or office, curated to spark conversation and delight the palate. Each tasting pack contains enough wine for two to share
📋 Storage and serving instructions to ensure your wines are at their best.

Event starts at 6pm and will run for approximately 90 minutes
Connect with business owners from across the country in an informal setting that encourages depth of relationship
📦 Tasting packs will be dispatched three days prior to the event.
