Drawing on recipes passed down through generations and inspired by the bustling streets of Old Delhi\, Shiv will guide us through a series of dishes that reflect both heritage and heart — all perfectly matched with a selection of wines curated by our very own Karl Elwood of Elwood Wine Selections. \nExpect a welcome glass of sparkling wine\, followed by four beautifully paired wines chosen to complement each dish on this carefully designed menu.
