We are delighted to be hosting this event up on the roof terrace at Projects The Lanes.  Let’s hope the weather is smiling on us that day at this fabulous venue.  But there will be plenty of pace in doors if needed!

As always, we will have David Deaves from Curds & Whey talk us through the selection of cheeses and charcuterie that have been selected to try with the wines for this tasting as selected by your co-host, Karl Elwood. Keep an eye on our social media for further details.

We will be testing your wine tasting skills for this event!  This will be our take on an old classic wine tasting theme and it will be fun to see if you can identify an everyday wine from a more expensive wine.  All the wines will be served “blind” and we will not reveal their identities until the end!

Our special guest for this event will be April Baker, CEO of Together Co.  This is a leading loneliness charity that aims to create connections and reduce isolation for people across Brighton and Hove.

With over 10 years of senior leadership and board experience in the for purpose, not profit, sector, April has a proven track record in governance, service improvement, business development, and community engagement.  We at BLWC are delighted to have Together Co as our Charity Partner and it will be great to share the amazing work that April and her team are doing for our community here in Brighton and how the business community can help.
